Scribes with Vibes is a local writing community. Earlier this year, we were funded by BH365 to run free creative writing courses in Woolwich for the African, Caribbean and wider diaspora community.
The courses produced some amazing work, filled with laughter, tears, ancestral awareness and a shared bond built through deep emotions and trust. It felt only right to take this a step further and capture some of the writers’ chosen pieces in an anthology.
Thanks to further funding, this has now become a reality and our book has been produced!
