Business Event: GCDA Course
Are you a foodie with a desire to run your own business? Do you dream of launching a street food stall, running your own bakery or seeing your products on supermarket shelves?
This course add-on will complement the skills learnt during the Business Start Up course to cover food-specific business information such as costing a food product and specific laws around selling food. Led by tutors with decades of experience in food and hospitality, there will be a mix of classroom sessions, group discussions, including discussions with other business owners, and independent research, we’ll take you through everything you need to get started.
Due to large numbers of people booking onto our courses and not turning up, GCDA are now taking a £10 deposit for each course to help ensure attendance, but you will be eligible to get the deposit back if you attend every session.
