Starting a business or organisation but not sure what legal structure to use? Should you be a sole trader, partnership, limited company, CIC or charity?

This two-week course (over two Tuesdays) breaks down the different UK legal structures in simple, practical terms so you can confidently decide what works best for your goals. You’ll learn the key differences, pros and cons, and the impact on tax, liability, and funding – helping you set off on the right path from day one.

Due to large numbers of people booking onto their courses and not turning up, they are now taking a £10 deposit for each course to help ensure attendance.

You will be eligible to get the deposit back if you attend every session.

Contact Learning@gcda.org.uk if you have any queries or if leaving a £10 deposit is a barrier because of financial difficulties.
