Explore the natural surroundings of our park with two special mindfulness sessions, led by our guest Kerry – a mindfulness practitioner and wellbeing coach.

Kerry will guide you through games, stories, and craft activities that help you feel calm, be brave, bounce back when things get tricky, and feel better when you're upset.

Sessions are free, open to all ages, and no booking is required!

These sessions will take place outdoors if the weather permits (otherwise indoors, in our classroom), from 11am to 12noon and 2pm to 3pm. It is possible to drop-in; to make the most of the experience arrive at the start time! Ask at the gatehouse for directions. 

Stick around in the park and complete the quiz or younger children’s trail that will encourage you to open your senses, explore the surroundings and win a prize.

Suitable for all ages. 

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. 

Please dress for the weather.
