Celebrate the final session of the season with a creative camouflage craft activity. Visitors will create a camouflage outfit for a paper mannequin while discovering how animals use colours and patterns to blend into their surroundings and stay safe.
Participants can then put their camouflage skills to the test by designing an outfit that helps their mannequin disappear into its environment.
Sessions run on a drop-in basis and are free, with no booking required. They take place indoors in the classroom from 11am to 12pm and 2pm to 3pm. Visitors should ask at the Gatehouse for directions.
After the session, visitors can stay and complete the park quiz or the younger children's trail to discover more about colours in nature.
Suitable for all ages.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
