Eltham Library is delighted to present its Cool Spaces Summer Venture!
The free, interactive session is designed to help local residents stay safe during periods of hot weather.
The session will provide practical advice on keeping safe in a heatwave, along with the opportunity to take part in gentle, calming exercises. A free ice lolly will be available after the session.
Attendees are also invited to connect with other members of the community and collect a free goody bag while supplies last.
There is also a second session at 2pm until 3.30pm.
