Experience this celebration of Black History Month with educational workshops and lots of fun.
Clay African Mask-Making: Children will learn about the rich traditions of African mask-making and create their own unique masks using clay. This hands-on session encourages creativity while teaching about important cultural symbols.
Painting Workshop: Children will get the chance to express themselves through art. Guided activities will explore themes related to Black history and culture, providing both a fun and educational experience.
Flag-Making: Craft flags representing different African/Caribbean countries. Children will learn the colours and symbols of these flags and identify the countries on the maps displayed at the venue.
Play Area: A safe and engaging space will be set up for young children to enjoy games and informal play, allowing parents to mingle and relax.

• Parents and carers are encouraged to join in.
