We have been given planning approval to build five houses with private gardens, and 10 apartments with a shared resident garden. The make up of the development is as follows:
- One two-bedroom house
- Two three-bedroom house
- Two four-bedroom houses
- Four one-bedroom flats
- One two-bedroom flat
- Four two-bedroom wheelchair accessible flats
- One three-bedroom wheelchair accessible flats
- Eight parking spaces, five of which will be wheelchair spaces
- 28 cycle spaces
