We have built 14 flats in one three-storey block, consisting of :
- Six one-bedroom flats, two of which will be wheelchair-accessible
- Six two-bedroom flats
- Two three-bedroom flats
- Community hub (details below)
- Seven parking spaces including two disabled bays
- Current status
- Our new homes are now complete!

We held our first public consultation on this site in June 2021, and from in January 2022 we collected feedback via an online Planning Exhibition. Details of the approved design can be viewed via our Planning Portal.
