Aberford Gardens

At Aberford Gardens we will build:

• Seven net zero carbon three-bedroom council houses with rear gardens.

These houses will be between one- and three-storeys in height to let light into neighbouring properties. 

Each home will have its own front door and access to cycle and bin storage from the street, with bin collection from Aberford Gardens.

The development is set back from the neighbouring buildings to ensure privacy for neighbouring properties.

The homes will be built to net zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design that contributes to biodiversity and greening in the area.

Residents were able to view and comment our first proposals for this site in February 2025 via our online consultation. Details of the approved scheme can be viewed via our Planning Portal.
