The Javan Coker Foundation

Our program is unique in that it caters for participants from an individual perspective. All events are initially planned with each young person in mind, and it is from this analysis that group activities are formed on each day. We will deliver a range of fun and enriching activities to encourage physical exercise and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our programme benefits children and young people with SEND, our targeted participants. We promote creativity, through Arts and Crafts, music, dance, poetry and acting, which support skills and talent development, and emotional well being of our participants. Choreography supports development of Movement and Coordination; musical instruments enhance our sessions. We will deliver educational sessions through fun workshops, promoting elements like heritage, through cooking, skits and games. Our cultural alertness allows us to serve hot meals, fruits and snacks, appropriate within the cultural needs of the diverse communities we serve.
