What we're thinking about building on this site

At Bromholm Road we would like to build: 

The green space to the west of the site and the electricity substation would be left untouched. 

• Two two-storey, four-bedroom houses with rear gardens

• Two parking spaces   

The houses will face north to south, allowing us to achieve a 21 metre distance to the neighbouring houses, maximising privacy. 

These homes would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.

Current status

The designs below have been approved by the Planning team. We are preparing the site for development

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our proposals for this site via our online consultation in November 2022. Details of the approved design can be viewed via our Planning Portal.
