What we're thinking about building on this site

At Greenwich High Road we would like to build eight new homes in two four-storey apartment blocks.

Block A (on the car park to the west of the existing flat building), containing:

Block B (between the two existing blocks of flats), containing:

The existing electricity substation would be relocated and the pram sheds demolished.

This site is at the design and consultation stage

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Neighbouring residents were invited to an in-person planning exhibition on 11 April 2023.

Neighours were previously able to view and comment on our plans for this site in March 2023 via an online consultation (please note the plans at this link are no longer current).
