At Gollogly Terrace we have built:
- Two, two-bedroom semi-detached chalet bungalows (these are homes which have a bedroom in the roof space)
- Private rear gardens
- Cycle storage sheds
These homes have been built to net zero carbon standards.

Neighbouring residents were invited to view and comment on our plans for this site from 4 to 12 March 2023 via our online consultation.
The approved proposals can be viewed via our Planning Portal.
