What we're thinking about building on this site

At Monksfarm Place we would like to build:

• Two two-storey, two-bedroom houses with rear and small front gardens 
• Two parking spaces
• Cycle storage in gardens
• Access from Sewell Road to the south-west
• Facing away from and parallel to the existing block of flats and houses bordering the site.

These homes would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.

Current status

This site has been given planning approval. The site is being prepared for construction.

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our plans for this site via our online consultation in November 2022. Our proposals have now been submitted for planning approval and can be viewed on our Planning Portal.
