At Corelli Road we would like to build:
- Three three-storey, three-bedroom houses with rear gardens and small front gardens
- Two parking spaces
- A front forecourt with landscaping
- Cycle access from the rear of the houses to the footpaths
The houses are three storeys in height, which is between the existing four-storey block to the north and the two-storey houses to the south.
Bin collection could be from the garage site or Lewisham Road where there is an existing collection point for the row of terraced houses to the east.
Our plans would mean the existing garages would be demolished, however the electricity substation would stay where it is.
These homes would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.

- The designs below have been given planning approval, and the site is now being prepared for construction.

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our plans for this site via our online consultation, from 17 December 2022 to 2 January 2023.
Our proposals have now been granted planning approval, the application can be viewed on our Planning Portal.
