On this site we have built:
- Three two-storey*, three-bedroom houses with rear gardens and small front gardens
- Four parking spaces
- Cycle storage sheds in the rear gardens
*These houses have attic rooms.
The homes have been built to net zero carbon standards.

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our proposals for this site via our online consultation in November 2022.
