On this site we would like to build:
- Three two-storey*, three-bedroom houses with rear gardens and small front gardens
- Four parking spaces
- Cycle storage sheds in the rear gardens
*These houses have attic rooms.
The proposed houses would take up the same footprint as the existing row of houses. This will remove the risk of overbearing and loss of daylight to neighbouring houses and gardens.
These homes would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.

- This site has been given planning approval. The site is being prepared for construction.
