At Godstow Road we have built a total of nine new council homes, made up of:
- On the left and middle sites: eight two-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached houses with private rear gardens
- On the site to the right: one four-bedroom wheelchair-adapted detached house
- Two disabled parking spaces
The houses meet zero carbon standards.

Neighbouring residents were invited to view and comment on our proposals for this site from 25 February to 5 March 2023 via our online consultation.
