What we're thinking about building on this site

At Godstow Road we are building a total of nine new council homes, made up of:

• On the left and middle sites: eight two-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached houses with private rear gardens
• On the site to the right: one four-bedroom wheelchair-adapted detached house
• 2 disabled parking spaces on site 3

The houses will meet zero carbon standards and be of a modern design, using bricks of a similar colour to those of neighbouring houses.

The homes will all face east to west to avoid looking into the neighbouring homes and gardens, and there will be no windows on the walls facing existing homes.

Current status

Our have been approved by the Planning team. We are preparing the site for development

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Neighbouring residents were invited to view and comment on our proposals for this site from 25 February to 5 March 2023 via our online consultation.
