At Lemonwell Court we are building a three-storey residential building containing nine flats, comprised of:
- Two one-bedroom flats
- A one-bedroom wheelchair adapted flat
- Three two-bedroom flats
- Three three-bedroom flats
- Cycle storage
The flats would have individual balconies facing south towards the woodlands, and would share the existing communal garden to the north.
The site is lower than the neighbouring ground levels, which will help to reduce the visual impact of the proposed block compared to the existing buildings nearby.
Bins would be stored to the south near the substation, and the cycle storage would be located at the south edge of the communal garden.
The flats would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.

Neighbouring residents were invited to share their views on our proposals for this site via our online consultation, from 17 December 2022 to 2 January 2023.
Our proposals have now been approved, details of the application can be viewed on our Planning Portal.
