- What we're thinking about building on this site

We're building 15 homes on this site, consisting of:
- Two one-bedroom wheelchair adapted flats
- Nine two-bedroom flats
- Four three-bedroom flats
- Two disabled parking bays
- 36 cycle storage spaces
This development will be zero carbon.
Communal outdoor space and a children's garden will be located on the grass area to the east of the site.
The height of the building and the contemporary design compliments the neighbouring residential buildings.
The homes will be in a block which rises from four to six storeys in height.
The two wheelchair units will be situated on the ground floor and two duplex units are accessed from the ground and to the east.
The upper floors accommodate a mix of two and three-bedroom flats, and to the west are two two-bedroom flats with access to a roof terrace access. The main living spaces and balconies take advantage of the views directly opposite towards the open fields.
