What we're thinking about building on this site

330 homes for people on our housing waiting lists, consisting of:

• 139 one-bedroom apartments, four of which will be wheelchair accessible
• 87 two-bedroom apartments, 19 of which will be wheelchair accessible
• 29 three-bedroom apartments, 10 of which will be wheelchair accessible
• 60 three-bedroom maisonettes
• 15 four-bedroom maisonettes

In addition the scheme incorporates:

• A commercial unit
• Parking for wheelchair users only
• 600 cycle parking spaces
• First class landscaping, new trees and extension of the green corridor.
• Measures to increase biodiversity including a hedgerow and bat/bird boxes to increase biodiversity
• Low carbon technologies including heat pumps and solar panels

Current status

The designs below have been approved by the Planning team. We are preparing the site for development

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Between 16 and 20 December residents were invited to view and comment on our designs for this site via our online Planning Exhibition.
