How we'll deliver the strategy

Our action plan is split into 4 workstreams:

  • Designing and testing a new Greenwich Supports
  • Growing community power
  • Reviewing relevant policy, strategy and service provision
  • Lobbying and storytelling

Delivery and governance structure 

As lead sponsor of the strategy, the Council will oversee delivery, reporting annually to a Senior Officers Steering Group, Greenwich Strategic Leadership Team (GSLT), providing accountability for delivery and alignment with other Council schemes, priorities and resources.  

Overall management of the strategy will be the responsibility of the Directorate of Resources.
