Employer toolkits

Business in the Community (BiTC)

BiTC provide a Health and Wellbeing at Work Summary Toolkit. This offers practical, evidence-based guidance on how to support employees to improve their health and wellbeing. 

Mind

Mind has a range of resources for employers, HR departments and people-managers looking to support their staff with mental wellbeing at work.  This includes specific toolkits for: 

  • small workplaces 
  • different industries 
  • employee groups 

Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

HSE provides Stress Talking Toolkits that are designed to help managers talk with workers as part of their overall approach to preventing and managing work-related stress. 

Get accredited as a Good Work Standard business

The Mayor of London's Good Work Standard is a free accreditation programme developed in collaboration with London employers, trade unions, professional bodies and experts.  

It provides employers with: 

  • a set of best employment practices 
  • information and resources to help achieve them
