Retail, hospitality and leisure business rates relief

We can give business rates support to eligible properties in the borough for the 2025 to 2026 financial year. 

This includes occupied retail, hospitality, and leisure properties. 

Subject to imposed cash caps, the total amount of government-funded relief available for each property is 40% of the chargeable amount.  

A cash cap of £110,000 in the total amount of eligible relief applies for businesses and their subsidiaries.
