Electrical upgrade and decoration works to council housing blocks

The Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for renewal of rising and lateral mains, upgrading of communal lighting, installation of new emergency lighting and decorations to common parts.

Creative District Architectural Services

The Royal Borough is inviting tenders for the provision of architect-led design team to lead the development of the design. The contract is for a period of three years, with the Council having an option to extend for a further period of up to one year. The estimated value of this contract is £4m.
