Annual confirmation of voter details

Around August every year, we send out a letter asking you to confirm all the eligible voters at the property. The letter contains:

  • the details of all those in the household who are registered to vote
  • instructions on how to confirm or update the details
  • the unique property security codes and web address that you'll need to complete the form online.

It's compulsory to complete the form, and you can do it online or by post.

Forms for the autumn 2017 audit have been sent to all properties. If you haven't received one, please call 020 8921 5184 or email elect@royalgreenwich.gov.uk with details of any new residents over the age of 16 since autumn 2016.
