Change of premises
If you are setting up business in the borough of Greenwich, or moving out of the borough, you need to tell us.
Moving in
If you move into new premises, you can download, print, complete and send us the Business Rates Registration form.
Moving out
If you are moving out, you can download, print, complete and send us the Business Rates Vacation Form.
What we need to know
Alternatively, contact the business rates section with the following information:
- the date you occupied or vacated the premises
- whether you still hold the lease and to what date
- the date the premises were sold or the lease expired
- the details of the new owner or leaseholder
- your forwarding address for correspondence (as an outgoing ratepayer).
