A new permanent exhibition of the fascinating 300-year history of the Royal Artillery and its close association with Woolwich.

The exhibition reveals the 300-year history of the famous Royal Regiment of Artillery, which was founded in Woolwich. Over the three centuries of its existence, the Royal Artillery has built up deep connections with the town of Woolwich and the Royal Arsenal. This exhibition tells just some of those stories, with fascinating displays of art and artefacts.

'Making Woolwich' has been made possible due to support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Royal Artillery Museums Ltd, the Friends of the Royal Artillery Collection and the Royal Artillery Historical Trust.
