Be the best for your children with free emotional health and wellbeing courses for parents and anyone that cares for a child or young person.

Sign up for online courses and become an even better mum, dad, parent, or grandparent.

Free access for Greenwich residents from bump to 19-years-old (or 25 with Special Education Needs).

These courses are based on the internationally recognised Solihull Approach. They're developed by psychologists, psychotherapists, health visitors and NHS and education professionals.

Examples of courses include:

  • Understanding your pregnancy, labour and birth
  • Understanding your baby
  • Understanding your child*
  • Understanding your child with additional needs
  • Understanding your teenager’s brain (short course)
