Council tenants and council leaseholders can help check the quality of housing services.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich regularly tests its housing services with the help of 'housing mystery shoppers'.

The mystery shoppers test key areas of housing services and then fill in a short survey. The testing can be online, by phone or by visiting the Council.

Shoppers receive a voucher as a thank you for their time and effort.

'Help the Council run the best services possible'

Councillor Averil Lekau, Cabinet Member for Housing, said: "This is a fun and exciting opportunity for residents to help the Council run the best services possible.

"The aim is to find out how questions and queries are dealt with by housing staff to see if there are any errors in the way services are presented. If these are identified, we can do something about them.

"It's all about ensuring we are providing efficient services to tenants and leaseholders."
