The roadshow helps you find ways to live a happier, healthier life.

Starting Tuesday 17 January, the roadshow will move around the borough for nine weeks, offering advice on a whole range of ways that people can improve their health and general well-being.

The roadshow, being delivered by Charlton Athletic Community Trust, will offer advice on a range of factors that influence our lives and well-being from finances, living situations and work as well as advising on health issues like how to stop smoking and how to become more active.

The roadshows will offer a personalised 'Wellbeing Planner' which can help people decide which areas in their lives they might like support and information in to make positive changes. Residents can also refer to the Greenwich Community Directory, an online hub for all health and social care services throughout Greenwich.

'Help people make positive changes to their lives'

Councillor David Gardner, Royal Borough of Greenwich Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care said "We want to make sure people realise that as well as offering advice on well-known health issues like stopping smoking, our roadshows are also about how people can improve their lives across the board.

"From work to money to our domestic circumstances - all of these factors play a part in our health and happiness and we want to help people make positive changes to their lives to improve their general well-being."
