We are delighted therefore that three of our new housing developments have been shortlisted as finalists for both the Inside Housing and Constructing Excellence awards.   

The three developments, located in Charlton, Kidbrooke and New Eltham are shortlisted in the categories of ‘Best Affordable Housing’, 'Sustainabiltiy', ‘Best Older People’s Housing’ and ‘Building Project of the Year’. In total these housing schemes provide a total of 135 homes for social rent for local people.  

Particular emphasis was placed in our submissions on the zero carbon technologies we are using to maximise sustainability, as well as innovative construction methods such as modular building to increase efficiency while maintaining extremely high standards of quality and durability. 

The winners will be announced later this year, with Constructing Excellence holding their ceremony in July and Inside Housing naming their winners in November. Watch this space!
