The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has reached stage 4 of its boundary review for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It has set out its draft recommendations for where the ward boundaries will form following a consultation last year.

These reviews determine how many councillors are needed for each ward, where those boundaries are and what they should be called.

Residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich are invited to comment on the proposed boundary changes and put forward their opinions by Monday 10 May 2021.

The Boundary Commission has proposed:

  • 9 three-councillor wards
  • 14 two-councillor wards
  • a number of ward name changes.
