We're delighted to say that the RePurpose shop run by Greenwich and Bexley Hospice has re-opened this week!

On 1 September the RePurpose centre opened its doors again to welcome customers in. The innovative centre repurposes items from our Reuse and Recycling centre in Nathan Way. It upcycles or repairs the different objects that have been thrown away, gives them a new lease of life and sells them!

All profits go to Greenwich and Bexley Hospice and the repair/repurpose work is carried out by community volunteers.

We believe that both recycling and reusing items are such great ways to protect the environment and reduce waste; not only does this centre help do these things, but it raises money for an incredible cause at the same time.

Their opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 4.30pm.

To ensure the safety of customers and the Repurpose team, they ask that you to wear a mask or face covering, sanitise your hands on entering the building, keep two metres apart and wherever possible use contactless payment.

Head to their website for more information.
