There are two free courses available for families during Family Bike Week.

Family Bike Week runs from Monday 12 to Friday 16 February and provides the perfect solution for the holiday break, helping all the family to get fit, enjoy time together and learn new cycling skills.

Children and adults will be able to learn how to ride a bike, improve their control skills and learn to cycle safely and confidently on paths and quiet roads with their family.

Sessions offer the opportunity to build on, or prepare for, Bikeability skills taught in schools.

The sessions are aimed at whole families, including children aged seven and upwards, and at all ability levels. Instructors will assess individual skills and abilities and place participants into suitable groups.
