Comment on changes to the admissions arrangements for 2026 to 2027

This consultation has now closed and responses are being considered. A decision is due in February 2025.

 

We're consulting on making changes to our admissions arrangements for 2026 to 2027, and you can comment on the proposals. 

These proposed arrangements apply to admission into Royal Greenwich community nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form schools for entry in September 2026. 

The proposals are to: 

  1. Reduce the maximum number of pupils that can be admitted to reception class at Discovery and Montbelle Primary Schools from September 2026. This is known as the published admission number (PAN). 

  2. Adopt the changes to the Pan-London Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme for both primary and secondary planned admission for entry in September 2026. 

  3. Amend the definition of 'children of staff' to include children of all staff members.
