Applications close on Sunday 21 December 2025 at 5pm.
You can only make 1 application.

You might find it helpful to prepare answers to some of the questions in advance. We will ask you:
- about your festival programme
- for venues and locations at your festival
- about your festival experience
- what other organisations you are working with and how they will be involved
- how you will promote your project
- how you will make sure your festival attracts a diverse audience and how you will record this
- how many attendees, artists and volunteers you expect
- how many residents will benefit from training and development opportunities
- about the target demographics of your audience and artists
- how your festival will engage local young people
- for a breakdown of the total expected income and costs of your project

Not all venues in the borough are owned by the council.
