For their monthly supper club, Bureau restaurant has joined forces with renowned chef Karl Goward this October.
Chef Karl Goward is hosting October’s supper club at the Bureau restaurant in Greenwich. Karl Goward’s distinguished credits include Soho House New York, St John Bread & Wine in Spitafields, Bistro Union and more. He is now popping up at Bureau for one night only on 13th October (6pm) and served 3 sharing-style courses and wine pairing at £50pp.
The menu features starters of smoked cod’s roe, crispy pig’s cheek, frisée and croutons; Leeks vinaigrette, lava bread, chopped egg, anchovies and capers; Razor clams, preserved tomatoes, red onion and parsley on toast, followed by a main course of Roast Cornish Brill with Cromer Crab bisque. Dessert will be hazelnut meringue, stewed apple, blackberries and cream.
