Greenwich Winter Night Shelter is a charity based in Eltham in Middle Park Avenue; they have been open since January 22. They are a winter night shelter so open six months of the year. They have just opened a Day Centre, which is an all year round Day Centre, and is available for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. GWNS heavily rely on their wonderful team of volunteers to help with the operation of the charity - they are on the hunt for more local volunteers to help be a part of breaking the cycle of homelessness. Come along to this Get Togethre Monday session to find out more about GWNS and the work they do. This event is free however donations are always appreciated. All welcome!
