Join us for our Hedge-laying experience day, where you will work alongside The Woodlands Farm Trust's Conservation Team and learn the ancient art of hedge-laying.

In this hands-on hedge-laying experience, you’ll lay a hedge from start to finish, including:

• preparing the ground
• how to use a hedge-layers tool
• cutting wooden stakes and hazel bindings
• pleaching

Wear sensible shoes and clothing! Dogs are not allowed on the farm unless they are assistance dogs. Find out more
