Join Lizzie and baby Max for this weekly online class for parents, babies and children aged 0-3 years.
Together you will creatively explore stories and imaginative journeys through movement, play and multisensory activities that use everyday objects found in the home and music from around the globe. The class has a relaxed format that opens with welcoming everyone and awakening the body and imagination, building towards more energetic movement through creative activities including teacher-guided and free movement tasks. It closes with quiet imagery-based relaxation to calm the senses before you move on to the rest of your day.
There is optional social time at the beginning and end of the class to meet and chat to other parents and children.
