Kids Festival Culture Fiesta 2020 is an online entertaining arts and culture event that will educate, inform and inspire children about cultures from around the world, and create an interactive experience that will enable children connect with their communities.

This event is free for children aged 8-15 years, but registration required.

Registration opens online on 3rd October 2020 and closes 18th October 2020.

Participants are encouraged to be dressed in the cultural outfit of the country they wish to represent and make a presentation to the audience. The presentation can either be a short speech on interesting facts about the country they’re representing, a poem, a work of art, dance, song, oratory, etc., as a way of engaging and connecting with the audience.

October is also Black History Month so participants will be asked to research and provide facts about a named prominent black person. Winners will be picked by a combination of Judges’ scores and audience votes. There will be panel discussions by renowned Life Coaches & Community Leaders & Mentors. The panel discussions will explore how young people can learn to understand, respect, and value individual differences, including how culture contributes to learning and human development.  

Other activities include: - Exhibition and talk themed: The Front Room-Our Cultural Heritage - Music and dance performances. There will be lots of PRIZES to be won by both participants and audience.
