Children will be invited to meet and greet Father Christmas at the Park’s free, festive grotto — which, for the first time ever, will also welcome the world’s friendliest snowman. Travelling all the way from Arendelle, Olaf from ‘Frozen’ will join Santa and his Head Elf at the Shopping Park to entertain guests as they await their special moment with Father Christmas.

Taking place in the main square outside Frankie & Benny’s, visitors can enjoy listening to Christmas music as they wait to enter the grotto, with Olaf set to make a series of 3 guest appearances across the day.

Mince pies will also be on offer for some extra festive cheer. The Parks’ 14 high street stores and restaurants will be open for business as usual through the duration of the event — offering families the perfect opportunity to enjoy some last minute Christmas shopping. Meanwhile, Christmas colouring sheets will be available in Starbucks as parents and children eagerly wait to share their Christmas wishes with Santa, who will give a free, small gift to every child on the ‘nice’ list.

This ever-popular event marks Santa’s fifth, annual festive visit to the Park, giving families the chance to make their seasonal shopping trip an extra special occasion for the little ones. What’s more, families can have a free, official photograph taken with the man himself — making it a truly memorable Christmas outing.
