Each breathing session is unique, so it’s best to come with an open mind and not to have a specific expectation.

As feelings, thoughts, and physical sensations arise during breathing session, allow yourself to breathe into those emotions to integrate them.

The most common benefits that people experienced are: stress reduction, relaxation, forgiveness and self-love.

Many clients also experienced a deeper meditative states, deeper connection with others and inner wisdom, fuller expression of loving and joyful emotions, self-discovery by awareness of self-sabotaging behaviours and thought patterns.

Our Transformational breathing sessions are carefully designed and facilitated by certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Workshop Leaders.
