At some point in our daily lives, we will experience stress. Some will experience it less than others. How we react and deal with stress matters, if not addressed, it can have both adverse physical and psychological effects that lead to a stressful day, week and in some cases, life. Using three modalities, our Stress Less Workshop will provide tools and techniques to help you reduce stress.

Positive Thinking with Mindful Colouring Mindful Journaling (Putting it down on Paper) Energy Healing and Meditation Each participant will receive: A colour therapy affirmation template An energy healing technique for reducing stress Guided Journal template for your thoughts, dreams and aspirations. Learn three different techniques to Stress Less.
