Our Sunday afternoon session in the cosy Chart Bar features sought-after pianist Richard Simmons performing a variety of swing, latin and easy-listening tunes accompanied by bassist David Silk and vocalist Jacci Norris. A fine blues-based pianist, an excellent rhythm section player as well a soloist, Richard has performed with well-known musicians such as Ken Colyer, John Slaughter’s Blues Band, vocalists Lillian Boutte and even Lulu! Free entry, bar snacks available (including a Sunday roast), guest performers welcome.
