The workshop will look at how you get started, what you need to think about - and what you don’t need to worry about straight away. We'll spend the morning looking at what producing involves, sharing our project process and giving tips for budgets and fundraising, marketing, relationship building, and managing producing your work while also writing, performing or directing it as well.

This workshop is designed to be fun and collaborative for people who have a piece of work ready to go and are looking to produce it themselves as first time producers.
