'Bread Angel' Gill runs a micro bakery from her home and brings real bread into the local community by baking bread for local customers and teaching people how to bake their own - from a simple white loaf to sourdoughs. Come along to Gill's Get Together Monday session and have a go at making some pita bread, and shaping some rolls which we can bake on the day. We will also be looking at types of flour, types of yeast, and squeeze in some bread tasting too! This session is free, however donations are always appreciated to help pay for classes and tea.
