This free entry event boasts several therapists offering massages and reflexology for only £5. Also available are low cost threading, manicures and facials. Charlton Community Trust will be present offering free blood pressure checks and giving health advice. Now’s The Time will be offering support and promoting local activity classes. There will also be stalls selling their health and alternative products; Pink Himalayan Salt, Body Shop, make up, healing crystals, energy healing and much more. This is a family day and there will be Sand Art and free colouring for the children, along with a Pop Up Café selling food and drink. This event is perfect for everyone.
