We have been given approval to build 122 new council homes for local residents on this site, across four buildings set amidst a new landscape. The development consists of:
- 20 one-bedroom apartments
- 64 two-bedroom apartments
- 22 three-bedroom apartments
- 16 three-bedroom maisonettes
- 10% (12) of our apartments will be wheelchair accessible
- A nursery within one of the buildings for both new residents and local Kidbrooke residents
- 7 disabled car parking spaces and 2 drop off spaces for the nursery
- Extensive cycle storage in all buildings
- New landscaping, including a green corridor and 69 newly planted trees
